- Salary gets credited on time - Work from home is pretty much accepted and encouraged across the board.

- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

1-Promotion process is little tedious 2-Staffing process needs to improve. Client only asks for exact role fitment and if the person’s experience is not exactly the same then getting into a project is difficult here

PS is one of the most flexible companies to work for. There is no compulsion in employees to work from office only. Employees can opt for their workplace as per their own convenience. There is a very high focus on learning and upskilling. The inclusive culture of the company stands out as well. There is a lot of work but the support of managers and team members make an employee very motivated to work more.

Dislikes

...ient, it is very difficult to find points that I dislike about the organisation. Maybe they can increase their compensation for roles like Product Manager, as a lot of the other organisations in the industry offer slightly higher compensation for Product Managers.

...asily go downhill if you are part of a team that has low visibility. Zero perks. Work as hard as you want company will not pay as per merit one you join

Good health insurance and accidental insurance cover. c. Professional and cordial work environment where self-respect is valued. d. Supportive managers and team members, so we can take leaves as required. e. Recognition of work within team with cash as well as non-tangible benefits. So, overall working here is good. Project work is also great. We are always looking for new technologies and tools to automate our work and save time for some fun activities. Nice office and cafeteria. I have taken most of my selfies here from different walls. Since office is 5 minutes' away drive from my home, I usually spend my after office hours in office game zone playing sports.
