No Job security, Hire and Fire company. I would advise no one to join even if HR promises you to pay high package. After giving almost 3rounds of interview they select candidates and after selection to get internal project client takes 2rounds of tough interview and sometimes coding test. if any candidate is on bench more than 2hours HR asks you to resign forcefully. This is just harassment after getting 3/4 companies when you select Publicis Sapient. Don't Join Publicis Sapient!!!

They offer competitive package but you'll only be with them for maximum of 6 months before they fire you or make you resign. DONT JOIN!!!!

They HIRE and FIRE!!!!!!! The staffing team(resource mapping team) said that there is very less demand and so many supplies(20 position has 80 associates waiting on bench). You go through thorough refining of your skills for 2+hrs in the first interview with sapient. After being onboarded into this company you have 1.Internal Screening 2.Client Screen Before you get into an actual project. You only get 1 nomination for 2 months on bench (i.e) you don't clear your first nomination you'll probably have nothing to do for 2 months minimum till they nominate you next. They fired so many people and they all wrote on linkedIn about it but everything got removed. They're unethical save yourselves from 2-3 months of depression/anxiety and getting belittled by those egoistic managers who does knowledge ego battles in the name of interviews(Their intention is to reject you anyways).

No job security They will hire you 5% higher than the highest package offer you have. In bench they will toucher you. Their client trying to find th reasons to reject you not the reason to select you. Their Staffing partner (hr) very rude behaviour when you are in bench. They will treat like you are inefficient They will offer you permanent wfh but after some days they ask to come office as per client ( when you release and ask for any other clients)

Sapient provides you time and resource for development your skills. Good Work/Life balance. Take care of employee health.

On one hand sapient is encouraging their employees for skills enhancement and providing resource but on other hand Sapient compensation policy is very poor as they wont give good increment to existing employees but can hire a new resource double/triple amount. Monopoly and groupism ….. Major compensation and promotions are not meant for everyone....its all consumed with groupism people.
