You will never find a dull day at work or too much pressure while working at Publicis Sapient Bangalore. Even though the company has global clients, there's never an unrealistic deadline or too much work. Clients and project stakeholders understand that everyone has limited capacity and other things to attend in their personal life. It's easy to maintain a good work life balance as we're only expected to deliver 8-hours' worth to work. Coming to Publicis Sapient is the best decision, I have taken career-wise!

No proper ways for you to upskill or to take on leadership roles, just do the same work and stay stuck in the same job, won’t get any opportunity to learn anything new.

...improve your time management, communications, presentation and technical skills. Training sessions are highly productive if you pay attention. The office has good interiors and recreational space and an energetic vibe to it. The collaborative culture and the motivation to make an impact for the clients will drive you to do more. You will never be short of challenges and motivation to work harder and improve the results of clients. My overall sapient gurgaon feedback is if you are willing to learn, this is the best place.

... policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.

Good salaries to new joiners, but it costs them work life balance. Stable client base.

Dislikes

...ies, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.
