- Salary gets credited on time - Work from home is pretty much accepted and encouraged across the board.

- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

Dislikes

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

1. Better than standard pay. 2. Decent work culture. 3. Decent work life balance. 4. Nice office space with open spaces to work or just chill.

Dislikes

1. Most of the work related stuff mentioned above depends on the project you’re in. 2. If you’re unhappy with any of the aspects changing projects is not easy. Even more impossible if you want to switch verticals.

Used to be a good company 3 years back.

Dislikes

... business, especially significant clients like Lloyds Bank have got rid of them. No hike for anyone form last 2 years. Promotions are distant dream. Those who are on bench are desperate for projects and those who have got projects are desperately looking to quit. Job safety and Publicis Sapient are oxymorons. Would strongly advise against joining this company. If you know someone from higher management, you can join the company.
