...ies, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.

Good salary. No appraisals. No promotions. No job security. Hiring and firing culture. People are sitting on same Designation for 5-6 years. Most of the managers are doing Team Lead work.

Dislikes

No appraisals since 2022. No job security. No promotions. Managers are working as if they are in government services. They are incapable and mostly do team lead work. Internally within teams also there is no culture of wishing birthdays, cake cutting or even sending gift to each other from team side.

Bad work culture, no work life balance, no transparency, fire and hire company, I joined as junior associate from campus. After getting trained i got project and I was not billable they asked me to resign because they didn't have funds to bill me.

Compensation,Work Culture is good and lots of learning will be there if u r willing to learn.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good atleast for me.As some of my team members are from US and some are from India I have to work in both the shifts and its become very difficult to mange time.

Publicis Sapient offers WFH , and about to say permanent work from home, and salary Is sent to account without any delay.

Not much dislike but they hire for contract role mostly and increment is also less.
