No work life balance They make you work 12 to 15 hours Hire and Fire policy Any crisis comes, they fire you. Every month some firing happens. They keep you on multiple projects

This Company is only for HR and mangers. They will do hire and fire based on project requirement. When project over they will fire u without any reason and without any notice. Not your manager nor your staffing partner will not reply to your mails. Job security only for HR and Managers

If you get into project earlier life may be good but not if you won't get into project...but on service engineering side getting nominated for project will be like looking for a job in job...if you are ready for interview any time or domain switch go for it ...iam talking about people with less experience like below 4 years and al2 tag I dont know how it is for others
