Publicis Sapient is still an amazing company to work with .However a division of Sapient known as Resources is not at all a good place to work ....this Company does not have any bonus or increments on yearly basis ....and for associate level they don't have bonus benefits at all .

No bonus for associate level and increment is just for name sake....in short no growth at all in resources division of Sapient company

I am working here past 2 years. All depends on teams . In my team, our client's expectations are much higher. PS management even can't fight to them for their rights.

No hike past 2 years No extra benefits except salary No eye-catching medical insurance.

Nothing positive about the company except you happy to join on a package which you want as they want you just to come in.

Once you join , you enter in a hell. Every project management has it own attitude and behaviour like you are not sapient employee . HR in this company above all they can call you even on Saturday at 11 PM and if they want they will not pick up your call even in office timing. HR misbehaves always with you like a begger. They can raise voice in you but you can't . They talk like they can fire you any time. When you discuss with them something they take it as argue and will try to assign you a project in a new city. When you are assigned in a project t sapient project team has its own attitude. Poor people. Never join.

Likes

On time salary. Nice place to want to spend bench time and parallelly develop a new skill or pursue a new course.

Dislikes

The company does mass hirings and mass layoffs without having requirements in projects. There are very few opportunities but fires too many people. They try to get the candidates interview in projects which don't have the requirements and ask the employee to learn a completely different tech stack for interview purpose and then reject the candidate for not having proper knowledge on new technology.
