Great set of colleagues and work culture. Everyone is given a lot of opportunities to grow and the leadership is also approachable for any concerns. Over the last few years, the experience design community has expanded a lot and lot of focus is being given on trainings and overall development of the designers irrespective of their rank and career stage.

Dislikes

Not great with salary hikes and promotions usually take a long time. They don't have a great retention strategy as we have lost quite a handful of great employees as they couldn't be retained. They can focus more on retaining their long term employees and providing them the confidence to stick around in the company.

Likes

The team has enough learning tools to power your learning skills. It has good team collaboration and effective training overall. Not much work pressure.

Dislikes

Promotions, hike, salary possession are not that great.

Employee oriented policies, Very good leave policy (45 leaves per year), All updated software's available, Work-Life balance & Organized departments. Overall it's a good company to spend sometime.

Dislikes

...ored by leadership most of the times & Good projects hardly come to Indian team. Don't set high exceptions on salary growth.

If you get into project earlier life may be good but not if you won't get into project...but on service engineering side getting nominated for project will be like looking for a job in job...if you are ready for interview any time or domain switch go for it ...iam talking about people with less experience like below 4 years and al2 tag I dont know how it is for others

Offering good salary and allowance in starting and paid leaves which is very good

Dislikes

No job security, no project they have , no promotion and very bad staffing behaviour, please don't join this company you will always in trouble like you don't know when they will ask you to quit the job.
