- Horrible salary - No people to people connect, no empathy - Upper Management is not reachable - Lots of politics and favoritism - All projects are super-aggressive with 10-11 hrs day being the usual norm. working weekend is very normal. Toxic work life overall. - No shift allowance, no overtime

Supportive managers and team members, so we can take leaves as required. e. Recognition of work within team with cash as well as non-tangible benefits. So, overall working here is good. Project work is also great. We are always looking for new technologies and tools to automate our work and save time for some fun activities. Nice office and cafeteria. I have taken most of my selfies here from different walls. Since office is 5 minutes' away drive from my home, I usually spend my after office hours in office game zone playing sports.

Work Life Balance is terrible. Old Employees are like Boss of Company and don't behave good with new employees. Very Aggressive timeline and less involvement in Decision Making

... policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.
