I like the growth opportunities I had gotten in Publicis Sapient so far. I have worked here for only a year, but I have grows tremendously. As senior team members left the team, I got more strategy and planning work. This has resulted in my personal and professional growth. As I am thankful that my manager trusted my abilities and assigned new responsibilities. Technologies and tools that are used in my projects are the latest. technical expertise gained here is good, similar to start-ups. My manager safe-guards us from any unjustified client requirement and ensures that we maintain highest work delivery standards. This has given me a glimpse of how corporate managers should behave and take care of their teams. Company work culture and learning scope are good. I like the diversity in the team and work flexibility as it gives me breathing space. I frequently engage in trainings- both internally and on external partner platforms.

Dislikes

...like working in Publicis Sapient, I am not sure about its salary and promotions. I have been promoted in my role internally however I am not sure about the salary hike percentage. My advice is to join PS as a lateral hire at a high salary hike. During joining the salary hike given was really good. Another thing I disliked is contract employees are not included in some internal employee survey. Although our work is not impacted because of it. In my team we have contract employees, FXTE and permanent employees. All of us share load and do equally sensitive work. In this case, our voice should also be heard similarly. Although we can discuss our problems with our people manager freely. He is very open minded and listens to our problems patiently. Besides this everything is fine, my manager does all the heavy lifting and sage-guards us. We are receiving promotion e-mails quarterly, which gives us hope for salary and band increase soon. In my earlier organization, promotion cycle was half-early and some times we missed the promotion criteria.

Everything, from work culture to work life balance to salary. Everything is pathetic. The work culture here is a classic example of bonded labour. The company will suck your blood in return of peanuts.

Dislikes

Salary, whatever you get on joining is enough and that depends on ur bargaining power. Growth: Internal promotion process is more tedious than moving out for a job. Technology change again is a blocker for one’s growth. Organization would like tou to work in whatever technology needed out of the project undermining your aspirations but when it comes to growth discussion, polyglot becomes a blocker.

A company that has solid foundation on Agile ways of working. Strong work ethics. High salary thank other companies.

Dislikes

Internal politics and not looking at the deserving candidates for promotion. People who speak louder about themselves get more visibility and get promoted.

Amazing culture, great people and Very technically strong projects. Endless opportunities to upskill.

Dislikes

... policies, senior leadership looks more like high school bullies than corporate. Also bonus and hikes are given out like favours from a benevolent God.
