No appraisals since 2022. No job security. No promotions. Managers are working as if they are in government services. They are incapable and mostly do team lead work. Internally within teams also there is no culture of wishing birthdays, cake cutting or even sending gift to each other from team side.

They would ask to work on another tech stack except your core tech stack .Java guy supposed to work other tech stack full time which would spoil ur existing experience.

The team has enough learning tools to power your learning skills. It has good team collaboration and effective training overall. Not much work pressure.
