...ior people since last 3 years is too much self centric. No leadership or mentor. Since last 3 years their only goal is cost cutting and getting bonus from group to meet kpi. Irrespective of Employees future or even client delivery. Putting work on junior employees. Work culture is now typical lala company where employee need to butter bosses which was not the scene few years back.

I must say honestly, nothing positive here. It's another place after Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, where you will see the politics at its peak. IT leader from South India, with narrow and rotten mindset , fully biased, next level of political drama. No matter how hard you work , he will always remain unsatisfied and after your life.

I had greater role and a challenging one and it was extremely happy about it.

Dislikes

The time I was there they constantly cut work force to save costs ( hire less experienced people at lower cost) thereby comprising on work delivery. One person was doing 3 person's work. So employees were forever exhausted with work load. Zero work life balance as we were pitching all the time so Sat and many times even Sunday was working day. I could never take off even if I was unwell or my father was in hospital. I was working even while being unwell and if course that day was marked as as leave because I was working from home( those were pre Covid days so no WFH culture back then) They had fired 20 people or more without prior notice in 2017 so after that no new people would be willing to join us as the word was out in the market. We were forced to work with internal less competent films resources and therefore lost out on Client film deliveries. Prodigious didn't have the requisite film capabilities to deliver but we had to work only with them to save costs and make profits .Very tough time. We lived in the constant fear of losing jobs because of the hire and fire culture. This is of course is a past review during the time that Saurabh Verma was the Group CEO.
