Team members are not supportive, they hire 3rd party payroll people and can fire all of them. I have seen 7 people are getting layoff. Management treats you like their own servent, team members are more dedicated to gossips rather than work

Manger is not supporting and he lives in his dreamy life and he never supported he only listen your problem but never did any action. I faced all these problem from my first day of joining after 1 year i left this company.....

I have learn many things in this company and it's a very good company for the beginners who wants to learn things and wants to be in a good position in future. there is too much work pressure which creates mental ability to handle too much pressure and create a responsible asset for the future.

Dislikes

Too much work load and work life imbalance. Mostly have to work more then 12 hours and there is no pay for that. everybody is willing to work if the company will pay a sufficient OT.

I got good team.Work culture in this organisation was good.Especially manager was very good and co operative.

Dislikes

Two of my colleagues were bad always doing leg pulling and doing dirty politics. This thing shouldn't happen with any employee.
