Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It is a developing institute and gives lot of scope of learning. I had got a chance to organise 2 events, which helped me develop planning skills. Management gives equal opportunities to all.
