My work honestly! i like that the timings are flexible, i have people in my team who are positive and fill my environment with positive energy, HR is friendly, work-life balance is average and can be improved, i would love appreciations even on small things, I like that i constantly learn and evolve with new skills and practices, love getting new ideas and incentives, opportunity to grow, meaningful work.

Dislikes

work life balance, can improve on people and environment, i dislike not getting enough appraisal & appreciation, constant criticizing of small humane mistakes, lack of clear communication, toxic work culture, lack of trust, some unrealistic expectations, no improvement after feedback.

Likes

As a Manager in HR & Admin at PTN Events, I really enjoy the positive and supportive work environment. The team and Employees are collaborative and everyone's idea are valued. There are great opportunities for growth and the leadership is approachable. I also appreciate the focus on work-life balance, which helps keep everyone motivated and happy.

Dislikes

There is not much to dislike. However like any company, there are always areas where we can improve but overall its a great place to work.

Before joining I was scared about the sales background but after joining I never felt I was new employee for this company everyone working here are dedicated to their work as well as enjoying the work they do. The Managing Director is simply amazing he is there for at any point of time. He is always supporting me in tough times when I am demotivated.
