Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

PTCL is very good and i really love to work for ptcl but where in i work i mean the place which is PTCL exchange at Saddar Cantt the Staff of that exchange was not so good their behavior with all cpei and csr was not so good they always been torture us and ask for the New Telephone Connection and mostly we cant get New order and they didn't corporate with us if sometime our salary late and didn't get our complete salary and we ask them to ask about our salary why it came so less and they said we cant do anything because you are not under us means there is no to support us. But Overall Ptcl and Ptcl Services are really Outstanding I love Ptcl and i hope they will make as permanent employee of PTCL and will give us all Facilities as permanent Emplyees. Thank you to give us Opportunity to work with PTCL.
