Here , the overall company culture is very good. specially the work from scenario for Cloud team is unmatchable with any other organisations. We had WFH way before Covid too. Apart from this , the transparency between different level of people is possible here so that you aware about the changes and improvements.

Here , the job security is not that much great at any level. In the name of cost cutting, the job can be affected here globally. And the kind of work is also limited which lack the growth in career too.

Work-life balance, culture, pay structure and challenging projects involving direct interactions and coordination (onsite/offsite) with clients

- slow growth in terms of technical skills - new projects models which has reduced onsite opportunities to negligible
