Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

pta school is very good. it was very pleasure to work their, management & staff members are very understanding and co-operative. All the facilities are their for the students like playground,science lab,and computer lab etc.. Very good teachers are their, they are encouraging all the events to the students,like inter competition, sports,quize,dance and singing etc. They are celebrating all National festivals like Independence day, Republic day,Gandhi jayanthi,teachers day and Childrens day,Sports day and Annual day etc. I am very proud to write about PTA School.
