As it's known fact that I was working in PSR from last two year but after such a hard working and meaningful work experience with them they did such a meaningless thing with me,I gave my 100 percent to organization but at the time of covid and lockdown when I was even not me and where employee needed cooperation and help form employer side PSR refused to give salary and expenses of mine just because of the thing which was I couldn't perform my duties well that was but obvious because it was complete lockdown after that I did so.e work as much as possible according to the situation and asked for expenses but company said the salary and expenses only given then when 80 percent of target will be done,however it was not possible because of lockdown, I thought after lockdown situations will be cleared but they fired me because I was continually asking for that amount which I spend on the name of working with them and even after that they are spreading rumors for me that I misbehaved with them and I am not a good person which is not right because it was not me only who left or fired from company PSR did this thing with entire my team and other employees too including my ZSM ,RSM and coworkers one of our colleague mR chandraprkash was the part of the company from the day one when they started this business but the Supreme body of PSR betrayed with him in lockdown period and fired him without any previous notice its just an example there are much more cases number of employees are ditched by PSR on the name of performance in lockdown, this thing is not right and it should be taken as heinous thing of an employer for those who are searching there future and career in IVD industry . Everyone should notice this and be aware from the companies like PSR
