They expect you to work like a donkey. Working hours are almost 11-12 hrs Salary is never paid on time HR department is spineless,they enjoy harassing the employees Accommodation provided by the company is worse than labour camps Increments are not given on time I can go on, if you want to make your life a living hell then only join this company

...will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider. This company has no regard for employee well-being, dignity, or basic rights.

Salary time se aati hai, duty time hard hai. Food acha milta hai, kisi kisi site pe food quality achi nahi hai. Staff ko site pe hi room bana ke dete hai. PM ,AGM ko be site pe hi rahna hai. VP,GM level ke person staff ko Galli galoch dete hai. Any time resignation mang lete hai. Gujrat me mahool acha nahi hota. Gujrati staff ko coperate kerte hai. Sunday off le sakte ho

Increment timely nahi hai. Site pe room bana ke rakhti hai. Job security nahi hai. Kaam khatam hote hi staff ko hata deti hai

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
