Company has lot of projects. Salary and benefits are good.

Management wants to finish the work before the target date, even if it means making the employee work like a donkey. The food and accommodation quality is so bad that you feel like you area living like a chicken in a cage. Here you have to work at least 12 to 16 hours daily.

I love working with PSP Projects because of their top management and systematic working culture.

Organization gives salary hike every year, but not by employees work... Increament done by slary percentage.

Salary delayed these days. From 7th to 15th of every month. AVP abuse engineers, PM, in short staff infront of labours. Highly uncertainty in job. Good Appraisal is only possible if u r Gujarati. Accommodation is tooooo pathetic. In a single room, 7 to 10 people for staff.

My mentors were very supportive and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot during my internship.

...entors were pretty good but as a whole company does not have a proper structure. The salary compared to working hours is very less. There atleast you have toh work for 12 -14 hrs.

...will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider. This company has no regard for employee well-being, dignity, or basic rights.
