Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). None. I cannot, in good conscience, list any positives about working at this company.

...will be accused of not working and subjected to constant criticism and abuse. 3.Withholding of Salary: When you decide to leave to protect your self-respect, the company may withhold your hard-earned salary, adding financial injury to the emotional distress. 4.Excessive Notice Period: The company has an unreasonably long notice period, even during the probation period (45 days) and an even longer one after (90 days). This makes it difficult to leave, even in the face of abuse. My experience at PSP Projects Ltd. was deeply damaging. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to reconsider. This company has no regard for employee well-being, dignity, or basic rights.
