PSP design has two verticals where a person is required to work across both domains which provides a good learning experience. Team mates are skillful and dedicated to work. The firm has reputed projects and clients which gives a person a good exposure to the industry. The firm also works with good vendors where attention is given to detailing of each aspect. I have worked extensively in the interior division and learned a lot while working with principal designer there. The lady has fine eye for detailing. Work from Home.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Long stressful working hours where each project lead given many projects to take care of. No work life balance. Creativity is not encouraged in the firm and designing gets monotonous after a point. The system is very top down. The firm believes in hiring freshers which puts a dent on efficiency as team leads are required to train them given the workload they already have.
