Dislikes

...terrible thing about working here is that there is no growth of technical staff. Seniors on projects are non technical who gets salary almost 3 -4 times higher than technical staff on site. Your performance doesn't measure by how your are working on site,it only depends on mood of senior (non technical) person on projects.
