Unethical salary, even though they won't provide salary slip to employees who comes under PSGIM. Most of the B schools providing 07th pay but this institute follow own norms Once you join here, you will be on trap...three month notice period Only for local employees this institution good, not for diversified area Yo don't say no to top authority, neither your role will be change. Who will do chamchhagjri they can easily exist here.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
