Dislikes

this company is the worst place to work. The management is clueless and imcompetent, they don't care about there employees, the work environment is very toxic and stressful, there is no proper communication or collaboration. Even the job is not secured ant any moment you can get fired for useless reasons. I advise anyone looking for a job to stay away from this nightmare.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
