Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

1. Best place to learn all types of site related HT electrical work. 2. Site level co-workers are very helpful.

1. Salary not in on time 2. If you have any from office to site no one ready to help you. 3. The Management level and site level staff's are giving task like eating one plate of food in single byte. 4. There is no work timing (In some cases you will work on more 15 hours) 5. Without any resources giving task to do it. 6. The Management not ready to give basic accommodations at sites. 7. Sometimes higher officials asked to do unethical works at site.

The company is gives different tasks to various projects in India and we learn different site environment and gain knowledge also.
