Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary on time rest of the things are really bad

Dislikes

Managers are very bad with the employees and with in one year they fire 7-8 people who have good knowledge and the reason is they want to hire there previous known people and have good politics and the HR is also not supporting

I would better say Salary will be paid well as you are outsourced to the client on a Contract terms.

Dislikes

Most part of their recruitment is outsourced. Once the project is complete before the contract, they will force you to resign. Not many internal projects.

The Employees can enhance and improve their skills from some of their top notch senior managements. There are some daily status meetings conducted to get the feedbacks/challenges where the employees wanted to address.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Internal politics do exist. This organization didn't know how to judge the resource based on their capabilities.
