Only high salary with no work but to keep that you have to be yes man to the incapable manager hired from other organisation where they were junior employees

I was working with another company and Prudential plc was client and after working for 3 months I have been asked to join Prudential. Since Prudential is a good client so my ,manager agreed and asked me to join Prudential. I was also happy as there will be job security and perks. However the moment I join the per named as Glenn B Bayne started blaming for everything and then after 6months he didn't confirm me in the organisation. I was happy and enjoying my work until I was working as a contractor for Prudential but I am unsure why this person forced me and requested me to join Prudential and then he behaved like this with me.

Dislikes

There is no HR even if I went through lot of mental trauma, no one listened to me. It's a manager oriented organization
