Leaders at location are not good leaders but a good politician. No proper HR setup or forum to address employee grievances. Many are being emotionally harassed.

Threatening about increament every time, No respect for personal life, Egoistic management people, No proper HR who can help to employees, i will jot suggest any one to join this organisation

No culture. No standards. Management deliberately torture the employees if they are leaving the company. Company keeps obligation to other channel partners like Insurance companies that they should not hire the prudent employees. Therefore one will end up of not getting job in insurance industry once they quit Prudent.
