Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

When any emergency or in needy they will accept Work from Home.

Dislikes

If weekend comes you need to work from until you open the laptop you will get non stop calls. Seniors are very worst not at all supportable

Ambition of promoters is excellent, good place to learn and grow. Culture is amazing.

Dislikes

Leaders at location are not good leaders but a good politician. No proper HR setup or forum to address employee grievances. Many are being emotionally harassed.

No culture. No standards. Management deliberately torture the employees if they are leaving the company. Company keeps obligation to other channel partners like Insurance companies that they should not hire the prudent employees. Therefore one will end up of not getting job in insurance industry once they quit Prudent.
