Number 1 company in b2b segment of mutual fund distribution, but employee salary range is low and slow growth , lots of poltics, only CEO is running the company and he is only the talented person in the company for sales , rest maximum are very less professional and very less talented, but over all this is great company to work ,

No incentive structure, no sany slab for incriment.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
