Well Proyoung International Pvt. Ltd was the second company I worked for. Though the company was not as big as the company I worked for previously however, I had all the independence and everyone from my teammates to my seniors, they were all so polite and respectful. I being from another state, I did feel somehow different but that was just for a week or two after which I became close with everyone and the HR too was always so supportive and always helped us with everything. The company was small with less staffs however, that gave me the opportunity to show my skills and expertise in customer service, helping my colleges with their doubts and responses to customers. I always felt good assisting my fellow mates and mostly the customers.

Everything was great except there was no proper date for salary and that was a problem to pay bills and rent.
