The work culture is its biggest drawback along with an abusive owner with severe god complex. Leaving on-time meant I'm not keen on learning anything new & because I refuse to scare the team or rat people to the boss I wasn't a good fit for the company.

Work culture was good, Management always provided exposure to take new responsibilities. Policies are ok. Teammates are supportive. Cafeteria facility is good.
