Initially I was deputed to a client side for IT infra modernization. Gradually I came to know new technologies, specialty in cloud infra and identity and access management. I then led the team in active directory support. Company trusted me and gave responsibility.

During my tenure I had no such bad experience there. Just go the higher pay package and better opportunity, that's why I left Provision.

Dislikes

If the sales team had been able to generate more business, I'm confident that management would have rewarded us with industry-leading compensation.

I've been working at Provision for the past 19 months, and the most liked things here the company's work culture and the workholic atmosphere, as I'm spending most of the time at the office. It's not just an office; it's my second home.

Nothing disliked by me at Provison. Because every time the organization takes a suggestion from us, it'll get implemented.
