Nothing , they hired person but unable to provide salary initial 3- 4 month, after that employee left organization then they again hire new person and he also faces same issue, this is a technique that they are getting delivery from resources in free of cost, but resources never received salary. This is very fraud company. Me and my friend has same experience and we have also mail evidence where they mentioned that they are not able to provide salary and you can also check in LinkedIn. It will provide clear picture.

...of time. work from home. this workplace is like playground to hackers like me. it is true that previously there were salary delays but management has done it's best to solve salary delays.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
