Team work was just OK, job is secure till u get retired, Salary was awesome, job of public dealing so political interference always there from staff as well as public, work environment so -so, lot of scope for innovation. Very good campus so lot of opportunities for physical activities, recreation and socialisation.

A government job. Recruitment through UPPSC. PERMANENT JOB. No work ethics, most of the doctors on administrative post are corrupt. Political pressure. Risk of being beaten up while working is eminent. Join only if you don't have any self respect.
