Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

Nothing. Even coffee machine is not there in office.

Dislikes

Toxic culture and bad leadership. They hire doc review exp people and make them do S&A law firm work with low salary, weekend work, extra hours with no compensation. No appraisal, no bonus, no cab and security, no insurance, no client work, no leave granted. No idea about services to offer and no flexibility. They cut salary if u reach 1 min late.

Nothing to like about the company, except the fact that everyone from associate to AVP, VP is of the same opinion regarding the people sitting at the top and are united against the bad practices of the management.

Everything, mostly the management and the promoters attitude towards the employees, polices are not at all employee friendly and keeps on changing as per the mood of the leaders. They keep on finding different ways to demotivate the employees.
