Management is poor. If you have any problem with the manager then no one will listen to you. Any suggestions/complaint to HR will Never be anonymous. It's totally bhaichara walo company if you are having good relation with your manager then you should fo anything, having all type of benefits. Also, there is high level of micromanage ment even you have experience of more then 5 years.
...e few things that I liked working at Provana:
1) Fun activities every Thursday
2) Salary on time
3) You will get a good hike if you have good relations with the Manager
4) Since I am a Business analyst and have to interact with various teams. So, I would say all teams are very supportive.
5) Travel opportunities if you are hired as Business Analyst or Consultant role.
6) Free transport facility if you are working night shifts or leaving after 8:30 from the office.
7) Free food for people working night shifts.
Few things that I dislike about Provana:
1) No extra perks for Business Analyst. If you are hired as a Process Analyst then you will get some perks for overtime, weekends, etc.
2) No fixed working hours for BA profile but usually they take 9.5 hours from Process Analysts.
Hiring criteria is worst... They take multiple rounds to take candidate with minimal salary with all field expert (quality, trainings, transition, Team Management,) keep candidates on hold for long. When it comes on salary discussion they won't get back to you. Why to wate people time n energy when you know what was candidates prior salary.
1. Salary is low.
2. Appraisal is bad.
3. Management is worst, they do not walk the talk and make fake promises
4. There is no structure of allocating work, anybody is asked to do anything, moved to different roles suddenly without discussion.
5. HR hires new employees by giving an incorrect job description. Upon joining the employee comes to know about the exact role.
I really appreciate the consistent and timely salary credits, which provide financial stability and peace of mind. Additionally, the work culture at Provana India Pvt. Ltd. fosters a positive and supportive environment, which makes it easy to collaborate with my team and grow professionally.
While I’m generally satisfied, improving communication across departments could enhance collaboration and efficiency. I believe management is open to feedback, and I’m confident improvements will come with time.
