What i really like about working at Protouch Staffing is the sense of community and the Teamwork. It's a place where everyone is genuinely focused on helping each other succeed, whether it's supporting our clients or working with the candidates to ensure they have everything they need. There's a lot of room to grow and I appreciate that the company encourages learning and development. What stands most out to me, though is how we work together to make a real difference in people's careers and lives. It's incredibly rewarding to be a part of that.

Dislikes

One challenge I've encountered at Protouch Staffing is the occasional fast pace and high volume of work, especially when deadlines are tight or there are multiple compliance requirements to juggle. While it's a part of the job, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. However, it's also something that pushes me to stay organized and manage my time efficiently and I've learned to adapt over time. Despite the pressure, the team support and sense of purpose in what we do make it manageable.

A shit company, don't join. The HR Surajit hazarika, floor person Abhay Chandra, Ankur Yadav is just laundiya baaz. These are negative souls. They don't have excel application on the system and are carrying 1990s data for recruitment of dead or old nurses in US. PATHETIC COMPANY WITH PATHETIC PEOPLE, DO NOT JOIN

I feel very happy working with Protouch Staffing. The culture us very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions, There are lots of opportunities for growth here, terms at Protouch staffing enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on.
