Salary is not on time. Manager is not responding. if u r leaving the job then your salary will hold and they are not responding on calls and mails fake commitments for salary and benefits with the employees at the time of joining .

Everything, they don't have any projects, their CEO's acts casually, DOESNT GIVES SALARY ON TIME, KEEPS SALARY PENDING FOR 3-4 MONTHS. Please think before you joining this useless company, I would prefer you can join any other small startup than joining their company. You can even start your own startup and can be more successful than these guys, Their financial condition is too bizzare, and even then they are trying to hire experience staff and waste their knowledge, time, energy and mental peace. If they don't have any work related to your job profile, they will just give you any other department work which is not in your job profile. I request all of those who are getting interview calls from this company please reject them clearly, They will try to give you a hefty amount of salary but will not provide it on time. Their recruitment staff is not professional, and even sometime speaks rudely to the employee who is going for the interview, their financer is not very professional and they doesn't recieve calls when we have some doubts about our salary, they will just give you threats of terminating or some other treats. Please think before you join

Irrespective of whether hardwork for the Respected Company, Another unethical practice Handle by the Proton company. March 2020 salaries paid to mostly Flattery Staff of the company and most of it's staff not even paid there March month salary and full and final amount till date. Covid-19 pandemic Proton Company used common washroom for male and female both.. here it is another UNPROFESSIONAL practice of Respected Company. WORST COMPANY IN PIPING FIELD
