Management is worst, overtime work, Sunday also needs to be work, managers are not from the life science background so they doesn't know the process so they doesn't know how the things going and they will pressurized the employees. Please don't go (especially girls).

Work culture , very supportive ,career growth and opportunities, Learning, Job Security. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very much supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.
