...d harassment from his manager thn after he treated very bad to give resignation. He jobless for 2 month and salary got only 12k after proper completing notice period also. Dont go for ths company. Otherwise you also suffer same.

... getting any appraisal, work life balance is a joke in the company and lays off.employees not only in sales but also in all departments if they want cost cutting and no human touch in this company culture. 0.5/5 rating.

They offer good salary and office infrastructure is also good.

Job Security is always at stake in Protium. They lay off twice every year along with small layoffs at any given time of year without any strong reason. Even the people holding highest designation micro manage things.

Working at Protium has been a challenging experience. The company lacks proper work-life balance as promised policies like alternate Saturday offs are not implemented, and leave requests, even for personal or festival occasions, are often denied. The management uses inappropriate language and exerts undue pressure on employees, creating a stressful and toxic environment. Promotions and appraisals seem biased, favoring those who conform rather than recognizing genuine hard work. Additionally, customers face issues like high-interest rates, exorbitant processing fees, and unnecessary insurance charges, which damage trust and the company's reputation. Employees here are expected to sacrifice personal life entirely, which is unsustainable. Protium must prioritize employee well-being, fairness, and customer satisfaction to improve its work culture and credibility.

High rate of interest. Tough credit policies and bad culture in direct channel. favoritism during appraisals...Senior management have lot of attitude and ego...use foul language...ready to compromise on work ethics for business...HR is useless ..never help in recruitment. No one follow branch timing
