Moderate pressure compare to other detailing companies

Infrastructure is not good. Salary are very low compare to others companies. There is no any other benefits like OT, Incentive, Bonus. Saturdays are compulsary if you are a detailer/checker. No career growth. If you have good knowledge you will get more works to do but not the pay for you working. Seeing partiality with workers. Increments are not based the performance. They give you hope, that they will give good pay and position untill they need your work. After that they throw you.

salary Date is perfect and the money will reflect in our account on sharply on 3 rd day of the month

Timing are worst , most of the employees works almost 15 hours on daily basis but the company doesn't provide any OT wages after 8 hours ,they only give RS-150 Meal Allowances only that also if complete 12 hours

Here my skills and working perspective got a sharp growth. Also job security is very good for workable and consistent people.

...rk-life balance due to the low understanding of needs for a healthy human being. Also compensation and benefits are quite low as compared to the market status of this company.

Pay is less & its like you have to sit late time to show you are working if you finish work in time & leave it give a impression that you are not working Growth can happen if you are a Marathi

Company is too good but managers and TL are sucks...if you work there then you forgot your personal life 🤣🤣🤣 there is no point to like to work there 😬

They said work time 9 to 7 but it’s just for on paper but actual time for employees it 9 to 11 or 12 at the night 😅, they said complete your target on time nd they give you target which you can’t even complete 60% 😂 in day …. Target aaisa do ki agle janam tak pura na ho sake … fir bolenge target complete hua nahi so aapko Saturday working karna padega and jab interview lete tab ekdam shaan se bolenge aapni company me Saturday Sunday off rehta hai…are Saturday ko to kabhi kabhi off milta hai wo bhi mangna padta hai 😂 or fir aata hai increment ka month … before the increment month wo aapko 1 month pahile bolna start kardenge ki company loss me hai so apne ko target khichna padega 😂 OR BAHOT KUCH HAI MAI LIKHTE LIKHTE BUDDHA HO JAUNGA or galtise bhi concrete department me mat jana (tekla department) udar to jana hi mat ...udar to kuch alaag hi chalta hai 🤣 khudh ke 12 baje hai or dusre ko gyan pela jata hai or idar increment ke nam pe sirf aapko target milenge…or bolnge jo hai wo bindass bolo or ye sunke bologe fir aap ho jaoge target fir aapko har bat par toka jayega 😂 team ke member badhne chahiye idar to kam hote rehate hai ..😂
