Lot of politics, salary is ok but career growth is very slow. Recently hikes are getting delayed, skipped too and comparatively low throughout the organization, seems company don't have enough funds.

Leave policy is good. Flexible working hours. Overall work load is reasonable. Alternate Fridays off.

Bad salary compensation. Quality of work is not as good. Some managers tend to play favoritism/corporate politics etc.

Provide platform to sharpen your skill set. No micro management. Flexible work hours. Hybrid work mode.

Favouritism. No planned goals. Only maintenance work No R&D work. Lot of rumours. No certainty of company future. Company target is to become sellable for investors

A very good company to work with. Development director are great in leading people and you will have full guidance as well as work related autonomy.

Dislikes

Request from senior test people, Don't be the architect of the product let people work on it. You might be with 20 years of experience but lack maturity in work. Avoid test person coming to product management they are hurting your design and work culture both. Hire full time technical product managers.
