I have never seen that that type of cheap company in my whole career.

Dislikes

The management thinking is very poor. They think that the employees are animals. Never join that gruop of people with that poor mentality. They spoil your professional and personal life.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
