...ble trash. One moment you’re working, the next you’re fired without any warning.They’ll slash your pay without any explanation and expect you to work harder. It’s like they think your time and effort have no value.You’ll be begging for your final payment. They’ll delay it endlessly, and you'll need to email them multiple times just to get what you're owed.The CEO will promise you promotions, but once they’ve squeezed the last bit of effort out of you, they completely forget about you.You’ll be forced into working overtime with no compensation, and once they’re done with you, they’ll just cut you loose.

The company co founders gives no value to the employees and just for show off hand over awards to it's employees. If they really want to give us award for our hard work kindly give us flexibility, work life balance, job security and less stress. The co founder will keep on repeating to handle your team yourself I have no interference but when it comes to asking for leave he interferes like anything as if the team manager holds zero decision making power. Due to their behavior , ego, and rigid nature having so much ego the company has lost many talented tax advisors who performed outstandingly in the Bangalore team and were there to make the management better but the cofounder due to his ego lost all excellent Advisors Also they don't value there own words everytime they change their own decision and harass the employees. Also there is no job security you will b asked to leave for being truthful.
