Working with prosperr is one of a time. Let's start with from the scratch It's a very good and growing company. People joining here should understand that it's a startup don't comeup with big dream. I will say come here and make your dream big according to the performance. Founder is connected with each and every member he's knowsabout each and every people yes he don't have filter but it shows the transperancy that whatever he feels just says and what he says his not lying first. If you are gonna work on the work you are assigned no one is gonna say a word with you and being a small growing team everyone will know your work. Worklife balance is distributed sitting in office till 8:30-9 makes no sense I think yes I understand the sale is not done but get out of office on time and do your stuff and your professional work make a balance. The HR here is very inactive person you will reach out 4-5 times then may be your work is done. He do his stuff but he should understand the understand your staff problem is more important and giving proper response. There should be 2 off days. Started well,but the team seems to be broken,all they talk about is how to leave, when to leave & where to apply, seems like things are breaking apart, no motivation at all. When i got to know people are giving reviews here,and saw different honest review felt like i should too, almost everything is covered but being a women, the basic need of hygiene is missing, only one washroom each for both male and female with around 50 people in each floor,always have to run around,and have also seen mens using female washroom during peak hour,no cleanliness,no dicipline,tried to say the management numerous of time,nothing happened....Read More

The company will hire you making false promises. There is a senior manager in the team who is just a manager by role and not by actions as the whole control is taken by the co founder himself. I don't know why is he appointing manager in the company if he only wants to take the control in his hand specially for leaves. They will provide you casual leaves but the co founder will never allow you take that saying that you have leave that doesn't mean you will avail it. If you have brain don't utilise it while talking to one of the co founder. Also the company does not work in an organising way. Half of the time you will do the same task in different excel sheets. There is no HR in the company whom you can report your grievances and ultimately again co founder will take the control of that. Also never ever trust the interview panel as they will promise a lot during interview but won't stick to their words as the founders office members keeps on changing their decision on daily basis which creates trust issues. Also they will never think of about you and will simply fire you on the spot. Never join the company if you love your mental health....Read More

I liked how the top management lie during interview and shows you the true colors once you land up with job. Also how they are forcing their team to give 5 star rating here whereas they would have given negative ratings. Owners are pathetic and Senior managers consider themselves as the master of their illusion world. Just making the clients fool and earning money.

There is nothing to like in this company. They don't have a HR also. One office boy is their whom the owner has presented as the HR and that silly idiot guy is trusting him. No work life balance and pathetic manager to deal with. Owners and top manager are the reason of exit of employees. Everyone is searching job here. Their HR is useless, management is worst, join only if you want your mental health to get dis-balanced....Read More
