...ble trash. One moment you’re working, the next you’re fired without any warning.They’ll slash your pay without any explanation and expect you to work harder. It’s like they think your time and effort have no value.You’ll be begging for your final payment. They’ll delay it endlessly, and you'll need to email them multiple times just to get what you're owed.The CEO will promise you promotions, but once they’ve squeezed the last bit of effort out of you, they completely forget about you.You’ll be forced into working overtime with no compensation, and once they’re done with you, they’ll just cut you loose.

Let's start with from the scratch It's a very good and growing company. People joining here should understand that it's a startup don't comeup with big dream. I will say come here and make your dream big according to the performance.
Founder is connected with each and every member he's knows about each and every people yes he don't have filter but it shows the transperancy that whatever he feels just says and what he says his not lying first.
If you are gonna work on the work you are assigned no one is gonna say a word with you and being a small growing team everyone will know your work.
Sometimes under pressure you will feel leaving the organisation but my experience founder will see and ask you what's the status and if you say no sale he himself understands and will say aree ho jayega kal don't worry.
2 leaves everymonth but just a suggestion there should be a 7-10 days Privilege for the year which a person can take for his mental peace.it will be +
Worklife balance is distributed sitting in office till 8:30-9 makes no sense I think yes I understand the sale is not done but get out of office on time and do your stuff and your professional work make a balance.
The HR here is very inactive person you will reach out 4-5 times then may be your work is done. He do his stuff but he should understand the understand your staff problem is more important and giving proper response.
There should be 2 off days. If Saturday is working then they should consider mon or tues as comoff. Try this prosperr
Everything is not good like company' culture, company senior managers and here is not any person,who is take care of employees problems. As a girl I am joining just 2-3 month ago but I will be living soon due to they don't have any good bussiness for further. Also they are fooling people in name of startup. They are doing wrong sells commitment to their client. This is my big mistake to working here. As a HR, electrician and peon only Rishu, all duty doing by him also in future he will be next co-founder of prosperr.io. there is no doubts.
