I liked that the product is so big. So there's a lot of learning as a developer

Dislikes

1.) Salary 2.) Company culture (there's no event or anything like that, just work and that's it) 3.) Managers and team leads will keep judging you for every little thing you do. And mostly they'll be warning you like they don't do any mistakes. 4.) They expect you to start the work from very first day you joined the company, it doesn't matter that if you know the product or not. 5.) Leads and managers do not use time tracker.

There was nothing to like about it. don't work for them worst company ever encountered. They will fire you for no reason no support nothing.

No support for primary positons, senior management can do what they want...never listen to you..they keep on doing their things.

No Job Security, No PF deduction, Complaince Issue. Tax Deduction will gappe but not reflect in form 26AS.
